Let steak come to room temperature (skip this step if you are opting for chicken or poultry). Pat dry. Mix together spices in a small bowl and rub onto the steak. For fastest results, cook steak on grill to taste (medium to medium rare for best results). Allow to rest at least 5 minutes before cutting. Once rested, cut steak against the grain and serve.
Cook miracle rice according to package instructions. Add lime juice and cilantro, cook for an additional minute. Drain in mesh colander.
Place miracle rice in first. Add whatever toppings you like, then top with steak. Add full fat cheese and sour cream if you wanna.
